Answer: Find a certified stylist in your area. Simply click on "Find a Stylist" link right here on our site and we will locate a stylist for you.



Question: What can I do with my hair once the extensions are in?
Answer:

Basically anything you would do with your own hair. From curling to blow drying, flat-ironing and coloring.

Just remember to always take extra good care of your hair and you will look younger and feel GREAT!

Question: Can I brush my hair with extensions in place?
Answer: Yes!  we recommend brushing 3 times a day.



Question: Is the hair natural?
Answer: Yes! It is 100% human hair.



Question: Where does the hair come from?
Answer: The hair comes from different parts of the world. Depending on the texture of your natural hair, your stylist can pick hair that is perfectly matched for you.



Question: Do I have to order the hair and if so how long does it take?
Answer: Special custom orders take two weeks to prepare, otherwise if you use hair we have in inventory we can ship to you overnight or ground which is a little slower.



Question: Can I color my hair with the extensions in?
Answer: Yes, but we recommend that you go to your stylist who put your extensions in, or if you would rather go to another stylist please contact us to get the proper procedures for coloring with extensions in.



Question: Can I re-use my hair?
Answer: The Great thing about this system is that YES you can re-use the hair. Unlike any other system the hair can be re-used .
